At Keenchoice, we help students understand their personality, career interests, values, and skills and abilities. The resultant self-awareness empowers them to select suitable elective subjects and career paths as well as improve their academic performance. We also assist professionals identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training for their career development. Further, we blend career counseling with institutional and community services which include Strategic Planning, student mentorship, youth entrepreneurial skills training, grant proposal writing, research services, project monitoring and evaluation and general supplies.

Educationist & Certified Career Analyst

Dr. Samuel Mabele Wafula is a highly motivated and experienced Educationist and Career Counseling Professional. Leveraging psychometric tests he avidly guides students and professionals to make career choices aligned with their personality, interests, skills and abilities, and values. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Educational Planning and Management from Kibabii University. He also underwent an intensive career counseling training with Edumilestones, an Indian world-acclaimed Career Counseling firm and qualified for international certification as a Certified Career Analyst (CCA).

Dr. Wafula thus wears many hats that anchor his pivotal role in career counseling. As a reader, a researcher, an educational planner and career analyst, he is alive to fact that the employees who make the right career choices are more likely to be satisfied with their job. He is also well informed about the changing nature of industry and emerging new era careers. As a long-serving teacher and mentor, he has first-hand experience of High school students grabbling with the challenge of subject selection and the dilemma of which career path to take after school. He has also guided professionals unhappy with their chosen career paths and yearning for an informed decision to make a change.
